Senates "Jobs Bill" plan
The outlook for jobs is looking worse and worse, with the review of the current statistics from various sources of media and job searches. The new release of the unemployment rate is at 10% at this time for Pennsylvania which is in the highest unemployment rate of the united states. In one publishing it goes on to say that approximate 450,000 people a month are being unemployed in the state of Pennsylvania. If this is true how are we ever going to bounce back from this kind of economic brake down? The new “Jobs Bill” that the Senate has produced is a joke, it’s been cut down and will have no looking term effect. The original bill of 85 Billion dollars from Senate plan would not have done much help or good either, given the enormity of the challenge. But now they have cut it down to only 15 Billion dollars this is a joke! The federal government spends that much every two minutes of the day. President Obama’s budget projected that 266 Billion dollars would be needed. So really how can we go from 266 Billion to only 15 Billion. You can thank Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid for cutting out various items from what had been a 85 Billion Dollars to a 15 Billion Dollars “Jobs Bill”. “We are going to move to a smaller package,“ he said. Statistics are saying that economy will need to create 2.8 million new jobs over the next two years just to cover all the new workers entering the job market. That would still leave the millions who lost there jobs over that next two year period and from before, still without work. I’m not analyst but, I can see that this country is really in deep trouble. There needs to be some serious changes made soon from are government the Senate and the President. This country can’t with stand another two year period of this unemployment and being laid off. We the people need to stand up and be heard that something needs to done now!

Retierment plans
Most people would want to retire in the same town they spent their final working years or maybe return to their own home town they grown up as a child. Some have done well for themselves an want a new location where it’s ski slopes or wide salt air ocean view.
Some find themselves wanting to enrich themselves with recreation and culture with plenty of golf courses , hiking trails, and art galleries. College towns offer a whole host of world class speakers and entertainers and they are often have affordable cost of living.
Those with big dreams comes big budget concerns and those with health concerns and limit mobility find them sleeves a smaller home or a condo where they have less upkeeps. But for some they still want to stay close to there children and maybe still stay involved in the business world by consulting or on a part time bases to supplement some income for planned vacations or extra money to spoil grandchildren.
Retiree’s leaving the job market to soon relies on the investment they made to care them and found that investment a had significantly drop and losses. Most will have to return to work in a part-time job or consulting work in a different fields.
Cost of living to a new place with lower housing, food and entertainment cuts cost in obvious ways to stretch your nest egg. A lower cost of living is the major factor behind any retirement mobility. Downsizing into smaller home goes a long way in stretching your retirement budget and free up some assets. May even consider a retirement communities and assisted living facilities. Remember as you age your less mobile and lack the ability to upkeep with a large home an property. In this economy I don’t see any one from York county moving to Hawaii on there their savings.
Finding a state that has low-tax rate vary considerably by location. Seven states don’t levy an income tax, five that don’t have sales tax. You would have to check an evaluate taxes and state local tax exemption for seniors.
Healthcare facilities needs are bound to increase as your age make sure to prospect your retirement spot for adequate health and elderly-care facilities and a doctor who can treat your preexisting condition if so having one.
Proximity to family for some retirees are most important for their needed assistance from their children. Daily chores that have became to much for them and would need to hire service to help grocery and shopping needs and wear there nest eggs so ever quickly.
Retirees later down the road find them selves can’t or no loner want to drive and need find to public transportation an means of getting around with a car. In closing, in these difficult economical time has your retirement strategies changed or have you known someone that had to take dramatic changes to be able to maintain a living status.
